Terms of purchase

These general terms and conditions apply to the website flower-power.se, which is owned and operated by Flower Power AB with corporate registration number 559381-1127 .

Generally

When selling to consumers, Flower Power applies the rules that follow from current legislation. More information about the distance selling, home selling and consumer purchase laws can be found at www.konsumentverket.se .
The buyer must be 18 years of age and of legal age or have the permission of a guardian.
All prices listed are inclusive of VAT and in Swedish kronor (SEK).

Ordering

Orders for products from Flower Power are made via flower-power.se. For an order to be binding, the order must be confirmed by Flower Power .

This means, among other things, that if the product is discontinued or for some other reason is not available despite reasonable efforts, Flower Power is not obligated to provide such a product even though the customer has ordered it. In such case, the customer will be refunded.

Order amount

The minimum order amount to be able to make a purchase is 100 SEK.

Payment method

Swish

We offer smooth and secure payments via Swish. When you choose Swish as a payment option, you will receive instructions to complete the payment directly in your Swish app. The transaction takes place in real time and is confirmed immediately.

To be able to pay with Swish, you need to have the service activated through your bank and a smartphone with the Swish app installed.

PayPal

When you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment. The payment is processed securely through PayPal's system and you will receive a confirmation when the transaction is complete.

If you have a registered PayPal account, you can use it to pay directly. If you don't have an account, you can choose to pay as a guest with your card via PayPal.

In case of any disputes or refunds, PayPal's buyer protection applies, which means you can get your money back if the item is not delivered or does not match the description. For more information about PayPal's terms and conditions, visit PayPal's official website .

Please note that any transaction fees may apply depending on your payment method and currency.

Debit card or credit card

We offer secure card payments in collaboration with our payment service providers. When you make a purchase with a card on our website, your payment is handled through an encrypted and secure connection, which guarantees that your payment details are treated safely and confidentially.

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and other major providers.

Klarna – Buy now, pay later

We offer payment via Klarna for a flexible and secure payment experience. When you choose Klarna as your payment method, you can choose from several payment options:

  • Pay later – Shop now and pay only after you receive your order.
  • Split payment – ​​Divide your purchase into smaller installments.
  • Pay immediately – Pay immediately with your bank account or card via Klarna.

When you complete your purchase with Klarna, you will be redirected to their platform to complete the payment. All payments are handled securely and smoothly through Klarna, and you will receive a payment overview in their app.

Shipping and delivery

Orders within Sweden of 1000 SEK or more are always delivered free of charge. Orders with lower amounts will be charged a shipping fee of 49 SEK.
Purchases of 1000 SEK or more are also sent as trackable shipments and you will receive a text message when the shipment can be picked up at your delivery location if it does not fit in the mailbox.
Books are sent by PostNord delivery letter, which is notified via SMS and collected at the delivery point if they do not fit in the mailbox.

Delivery delay

If a delivery delay occurs, the customer will be notified via email or phone call from Flower Power . The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of long-term delivery delays. Cancellation of purchase must be made in writing via email to Flower Power customer service.
If you have any questions about your order, always contact customer service, including your order number. Please refrain from contacting us about your order via Instagram.

Due to the high volume of orders at the beginning of each seed season, deliveries can take about a month.

Transport damage

Flower Power is responsible for the risk during transport to the customer, i.e. the risk that a product is damaged or lost during transport to the customer. The customer is responsible for the risk in the event of a return to Flower Power .
The customer is responsible for reporting any transport damage to Flower Power's customer service as quickly as possible.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense except in cases where the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. All returns must be sent as a letter or parcel and not cash on delivery. When exchanging defective or incorrectly packed items, we will pay the new shipping from us to you.

Right of withdrawal

Flower Power always offers a 30-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal only applies if the product and original packaging are in unchanged condition.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the product.

Refund

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the goods.

Pictures in the store

We try to reproduce the colors and shades of our products as accurately as possible, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the images of products displayed on the website will be perceived exactly as they appear in reality.

All images displayed on our website are protected by copyright and may not be used, copied, distributed or otherwise reproduced without our express written consent. This includes but is not limited to commercial use, sharing on social media, or use in any other context.

Changed information

We reserve the right to subsequently correct any incorrect or changed information regarding price and delivery time. We reserve the right for any misprints in product information, price and stock balance.
